30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance, “As-Is,” or floor model items.
  • Custom orders or specially manufactured items.
  • Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or damaged.
  • Mattresses, bedding, and personal care items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange and receive further instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for the same product, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to process a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a solution. We may require photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
